Francis Sauty ayant d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de ne pas se repr\u00e9senter\u00a0 \u00e0 la pr\u00e9sidence du comit\u00e9, c&rsquo;est Philippe Pag\u00e8s qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9lu \u00e0 cette fonction.
